I’m Sarah, Personal Strategist, business geek, and mum of three who’s been juggling ambition and motherhood since I was 17.

I’ve only known adult life as a working mum. My eldest is 20, and now I’ve been gifted the rare chance to do it all over again, this time with a toddler on each hip (they’re 3 and 1½… it’s absolute chaos). It’s a perspective most don’t get; I’m in the thick of it, but with the hindsight and hard-won clarity of someone who’s done it before.

Over the past two decades, I’ve climbed the corporate ladder inside some of New Zealand’s most loved brands, led powerhouse marketing teams, earned a BA, an MBA, and two life coaching certifications, launched multiple businesses (including one in under 90 days, because nothing motivates me like a looming deadline), and helped brands grow across New Zealand, Australia, and beyond.

But when my now-3-year-old was born, I walked away from the ‘what looks good on paper’ life. My priorities had shifted, even if my ambition hadn’t, and I knew it was time to shake things up and build a life that fit me. One with space for family, meaningful work, and the kind of freedom that lets you actually enjoy both.

Now, I’m on a mission to help other ambitious women do the same - figure out what’s next, design a life, career, or business that feels like them, and define success on their own terms. Because I know how time flies… and it’s way too fast to miss the good bits.
