This website (ambitionplayground.com) is operated by Ambition Playground, a New Zealand-based coaching and personal development business. We provide coaching services, workshops, group programmes, and educational content via our website, email, Google Meet, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.

We aim to create spaces that feel respectful, supportive, and safe, both on and off the site. By engaging with us or other participants, you agree to:

• Be kind, curious, and respectful, especially in group spaces

• Respect the confidentiality of other participants (no sharing outside the group without permission)

• Not spam, pitch, or promote your own offerings unless invited

• Not record or distribute sessions or group conversations without written consent

We reserve the right to remove anyone from a programme, platform, or space if their behaviour breaches these terms or undermines the safety, wellbeing, or experience of others. No refund will be provided in such cases.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content shared by Ambition Playground, including website content, workbooks, PDFs, printed materials, exercises, session recordings, tools & frameworks, and brand visuals, is the intellectual property of Ambition Playground and protected by copyright.

You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, share, or distribute any materials without express written permission. This applies to content shared via:

• Email

• Google Meet

• WhatsApp

• Social media

• Physical kits or resources
  

5. Payments & Refunds

Payment terms and refund policies will be clearly outlined when you book a coaching package, workshop, or mastermind. These may vary by offer, and additional terms may be outlined in your individual Coaching Agreement.

We do not offer refunds for digital programmes, events, or coaching already delivered, except where required by New Zealand consumer law.

6. No Guarantees or Advice

All content, tools, services, and communication provided by Ambition Playground, including coaching sessions, emails, downloads, and digital or printed resources, are for educational and inspirational purposes only.

We do not offer therapy, counselling, legal, financial, or medical advice. While we aim to support your clarity and growth, we make no guarantees about outcomes or results.

By engaging with our content or coaching, you agree that:

• You are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes

• Any choices you make based on our content are at your own discretion and risk

• Ambition Playground is not liable for any direct or indirect consequences of how you use the information provided

If you become a client, you’ll receive a separate Coaching Agreement outlining the full terms of our 1:1 or group work together.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ambition Playground is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from:

• Your use of this website

• Participation in our coaching services, programmes, or events

• Your use of, or reliance on, any tools, ideas, content, or resources we provide, across any platform or communication channel

By using this website or engaging with any Ambition Playground offering, you agree to hold us harmless for any such outcomes.

We may link to helpful resources or use trusted third-party platforms (e.g. Squarespace, Stripe, Google, Mailchimp, Zoom, WhatsApp). We’re not responsible for the privacy policies, terms, or performance of those platforms.
