COaching
A partner to HELp you think things through.
Private coaching is the most personal and direct way to work on your career or business, whether you’re figuring out what’s next, working toward a goal, or navigating the juggle of work and family.
In each session I’ll listen, ask questions that lead to new insight, help you clarify your thinking, offer observations, share tools and frameworks that move you forward and maybe even challenge you a little bit (lovingly, of course).

Sessions are fortnightly or monthly, whatever works best for you.
Your development plan sets the direction for the programme.
Each session we work on what’s most current and relevant for you, connecting it back to your broader goals and development areas.

Mumpreneur
Building a business while raising a family is one of the most ambitious things a mum can do. It takes courage, creativity, and a high tolerance for doing hard things with limited time, energy, and headspace.
The Mumrepreneur is six months of dedicated coaching support to help you start, build, or grow a business that works for you and your family.
-
The Mumpreneur is for women who have started, or are ready to start, a business for freedom, flexibility, purpose, and financial gain.
Whether you’ve had an idea bubbling that you’re ready to get serious about, you’ve recently launched and are figuring it out as you go, or you’re running an established business you want to pivot or grow, you’re in the right place.
This programme is designed to get your business from where it is now to where you want it to be.
-
Month 1: Laying the foundations.
The programme starts with four weekly sessions to help you get clear on where you’re at, your goals, and what success in the next 6 months looks like. We move fast to build momentum.Months 2 - 6: Experiment & learn. From month two, we move to one session a month, giving you space to execute, experiment, observe and learn between sessions.
Because success looks different for every mumpreneur, we’ll define your goals up front and measure everything against them.
By the end of six months, that might look like:
A validated, in motion, business idea you're fizzing about.
A launched business with its first customers.
A growing business with increased revenue and clarity on what comes next.
A business that's working around your life instead of consuming it.
A pivot that's taken your existing business in a direction that excites you again.
Whatever success looks like for you, that's what we work toward.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Sessions run for around 45 minutes, but we always set aside 60 minutes just in case we're on a roll or something comes up that needs a bit more time.
-
Most sessions take place online via video call, though phone calls work just as well if that's your preference. Either way, you can join from wherever works best for you.
If you're based in Auckland and would prefer to meet in person, that's also an option.
-
Coaching is a thinking partnership. It’s a dedicated space to work through the things that are hard to figure out alone.
Unlike therapy, which typically focuses on processing the past, coaching is focused on the present and future. Where are you now, where do you want to be, and how do you get there?
For working mums specifically, coaching is useful because the challenges we face (the juggle, the guilt, the career questions, the workplace dynamics) are significant, individual, and often not well understood by the people around us.
Having someone in your corner who gets it, asks the right questions, and helps you think things through clearly can make a big difference.
-
If you're not sure, just get in touch.
Before any coaching begins, we’ll jump on a free, no-obligation, intro call to talk through where you're at, what you're looking for, and whether we're a good fit. If we are, I'll recommend the coaching structure that makes the most sense for you.
-
Pricing varies by package, and packages can be dialled up or down based on what you need.
Depending on the package, fortnightly, monthly, or upfront payment options are available.

-
Absolutely, and many do!
If you’d like to put coaching to your employer as a professional development investment, get in touch and I’ll provide an information pack you can share with your manager or HR team. It covers what the programme includes, who it’s designed for, and the business case for investing in their people.
-
Coaching and therapy serve different purposes and are both valuable in different ways.
Therapy typically focuses on mental health, processing past experiences, and emotional healing. If you are dealing with mental health challenges, a therapist or counsellor is the right support for you.
Coaching focuses on the present and the future. It is about figuring out what you want, working through specific challenges, and moving forward, whether that’s solving a problem, achieving a goal, or performing at a higher level.
If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure, a coach acts as a thinking partner to help you find a way forward.
If you’re ambitious, growth oriented, and ready to accelerate, a coach acts as a thinking partner to help you get there faster.
If you're unsure which is right for you, I'm happy to chat.
-
Unfortunately not (and that's the point).
Coaching isn't about the coach having all the answers (I don't have them either). It's about helping you find your own, ones that are right for you, your world, and the season you're in.
My job is to ask the right questions, help you think things through clearly, join dots that you might not be seeing, and share tools and frameworks that could help.
One exception: within the Mumtrepreneur programme I offer an element of mentorship alongside coaching. Mentorship is more direct, drawing on my corporate leadership experience and deep business education to offer input and perspectives on specific business questions. So while I won't tell you how to live, I might offer a view on your pricing strategy or marketing approach.
Not sure whether you need coaching, mentoring, or both? Let’s chat.
-
Not at all. Mums are my primary focus (I’ve been a mum for over half my life) but absolutely not my only clients. If you’re not a mum but something here resonates, I’d love to hear from you.
