A mastermind is an online group coaching experience where 4–6 like-minded women come together to achieve a shared goal, with support, strategy, and real connection.

Part coaching, part mentoring, part cheer squad, masterminds help you gain clarity, stay accountable, and get where you want to go faster (and with way more fun) than doing it alone.

The Idea Generator is a 5-week group experience for women who want to create something that brings them joy, fulfilment, purpose, or freedom, but aren’t sure what (yet).

It’s a safe, supportive, and inspiring space to dream, explore, and play with possibility, uncovering ideas that feel energizing, meaningful, and deeply aligned.

Through a mix of coaching, creativity, practical tools, and real connection, you’ll generate a portfolio of soul-stirring ideas, and craft 1–3 clear, exciting concepts you can move forward with confidently.

Whether it’s a business, a passion project, a community initiative, or something completely new, this is where your next chapter begins.

This is a really common fear, and one that rarely plays out in a space like this. The Idea Generator is built on trust, respect, and shared ambition. Everyone who joins signs a group agreement that includes honoring the confidentiality and creative ownership of each other’s ideas.

Plus, most ideas are deeply personal. The way you would bring yours to life would be completely different from how anyone else would. If you're feeling protective, that's absolutely okay. I’ll support you in sharing only what you feel comfortable with (or not sharing at all if you prefer) to make sure you, and everyone else, still get the most out of the experience.

YES! You’re in exactly the right place. You don’t need a single idea coming into the programme, just curiosity and a willingness to explore.

You’ll be guided through a carefully designed process using deep reflection, powerful prompts, creative tools, and group exercises to help you uncover what lights you up, and where your strengths, passions, and interests might be hiding.

The group format is part of the magic. You’ll connect with a small circle of like-minded women who are in the same boat, navigating change, dreaming about ‘what’s next,’ and figuring it out in real time, just like you.

There’s something incredibly validating (and motivating) about hearing other people’s thought processes, fears, and breakthroughs. It sparks ideas, builds confidence, and often leads to friendships and support structures that last long after the mastermind ends.

You also get the best of both worlds - group connection and a personal 1:1 clarity session with me (Sarah) to stretch and shape your individual ideas.

Masterminds are run mostly online via Google Meet, so you can join from wherever you are. Doors will open for June, July and August groups shortly, with multiple days and times to choose from. Group numbers are limited, so join the waitlist for first dibs.

Some exercises are best done with time, space, and deep reflection, beyond the coaching sessions themselves. After each session, you’ll receive a set of ‘homeplay’ activities designed to keep your momentum going. Expect around 30–45 minutes of reflective, observational, discovery, or mindset work each week to support your journey and keep you moving forward.

While the most value comes from being ’in the room’ (or rather, online) - talking, sharing, asking questions, and learning from each other in real time - life happens!

All group sessions are recorded and shared with participants, so if you do miss one, you won’t fall behind. That said, I encourage you to show up live as much as possible to get the full benefit of the coaching, community, and connection.

You’ll receive the full session schedule and calendar invites before the mastermind begins, so you can plan ahead and protect this time for yourself, as much as you can.

We keep it intentionally small, no more than 6 women per group. This ensures everyone has space to be heard, supported, and coached without feeling lost in the crowd.

No way! While many participants do discover business ideas, others uncover creative projects, not-for-profits, community initiatives, or personal passion projects.

The Idea Generator is about exploring what’s right for you and your fulfillment, not forcing you into a must-start-a-business box.

Firstly, there’s no such thing as a ‘good’ or ‘bad" idea here. This isn’t about what anyone else thinks, it’s about finding the idea that feels right for you.

I won’t tell you what to do or judge your ideas. Instead, I’ll ask thoughtful questions to help you explore whether an idea fits your values, strengths, season of life, and energy.

And honestly? I’m a shameless, wildly optimistic believer in people and possibility. I can spot the magic in just about anything, and I haven’t met an idea yet that I didn't truly believe had a spark worth exploring.

You’ll leave the mastermind with your Idea Bank: 1–3 clear, exciting, aligned ideas that matter to you. From there, you have a few next-step options depending on your goals:

• Join the next Vision Workshop: a follow-on mastermind designed to help you shape, refine, and test your idea, ultimately transforming it into a clear business model.

• Book 1:1 coaching with me (Sarah): for personalized support as you explore or bring your idea to life.

• Keep playing, planning, and exploring, taking what you’ve discovered and moving forward at your own pace.
