The Vision Workshop is a 5-week group mastermind designed to help you take your existing business, product, or service idea and shape it into a clear, exciting, real-world business model. Through coaching, creative exploration, practical frameworks, and real connection, you'll refine and stretch your idea, stress-test it against key foundations, and leave with a one-page business model (your Vision Canvas), and the confidence to move forward.

This is a very common fear, and while it rarely plays out in spaces like this, it’s something I take seriously. The Vision Workshop is focused on real, personal ideas you’re already holding close, and I’ve designed the experience to protect that.

Everyone who joins agrees to respect the creative ownership of other participants’ ideas, signs a confidentiality agreement, and is taken through a process to identify and declare any potential conflicts of interest before the first session.

I personally curate each group to avoid overlap or competing concepts, creating a space that feels safe, respectful, and collaborative from day one.

That said, how much you share is always up to you. Most ideas are deeply personal, and even similar concepts take shape differently in different hands. You’ll be supported to share only what you’re comfortable with, and still get the full value from the experience.

Absolutely not! No business background, degree, or experience is required to join this mastermind. If you have an idea you can’t stop thinking about, and a desire to bring it to life, you’re in exactly the right place.

We leave jargon, complexity, and intimidating frameworks at the door. This experience is designed to feel clear, supportive, and practical, no matter your starting point.

I’ve spent years (and a lot of money) studying business, building brands, and learning how to help women uncover and shape their unique, glorious potential, so you don’t have to. My job is to simplify, guide, and support you in turning your idea into something real and aligned, using tools that feel human, not overwhelming.

You bring the spark. I’ll help you build the structure around it.

Masterminds are run online via Google Meet, so you can join from wherever you are.

Doors will open for June, July and August groups shortly, with multiple days and times to choose from. Group numbers are limited, so join the waitlist for first dibs.

Please note, before your place in your chosen group is confirmed, I will check in with you to hear more about you and your idea. This allows me to ensure we avoid conflicts of interest within the group.

We keep it intentionally small, no more than 6 women per group. This ensures everyone has space to be heard, supported, and coached without feeling lost in the crowd.

The group format is part of the magic. You’ll connect with a small circle of like-minded women who are dreaming, building, and navigating their next steps alongside you.
Hearing others' thought processes, challenges, and breakthroughs sparks new insights, boosts confidence, and often leads to friendships and support networks that last long after the mastermind ends.

You also get the best of both worlds - group inspiration and a personal 1:1 clarity session with me (Sarah) to stretch and shape your individual ideas.

Some reflection, discovery, and strategic thinking is best done between sessions.

After each group session, you’ll receive a set of ‘homeplay’ activities designed to keep your momentum going. Expect around 30–45 minutes of exploratory, reflective, or strategic work each week to help you deepen your thinking, sharpen your idea, and keep moving forward.

While the most value comes from being ’in the room’ (or rather, online) - talking, sharing, asking questions, and learning from each other in real time - life happens!

All group sessions are recorded and shared with participants, so if you do miss one, you won’t fall behind. That said, I encourage you to show up live as much as possible to get the full benefit of the coaching, community, and connection.

You’ll receive the full session schedule and calendar invites before the mastermind begins, so you can plan ahead and protect this time for yourself, as much as you can.

But, the decisions will always be yours. You’ll build a business concept that feels truly aligned with who you are and what you want to create.

And honestly? I’m a shameless, wildly optimistic believer in people and possibility. I can spot the magic in just about anything, and I haven’t met a business idea yet that I didn't truly believe had a spark worth exploring.

Throughout the mastermind, you’ll be supported to refine, pivot, or adjust your idea based on what you discover. It’s all part of the process. Whether you fine-tune your original idea or uncover a slightly different version that feels even more ‘right’, you’ll leave with clarity, confidence, and a clear next step.
